GENERAL :

-I have the right to deny any commission.

-Please be sure and confirm that it is me you are speaking to before commissioning.

-Keep conversations with me professional. I do not have time to make conversation with everyone, and I especially do not want to engage in a sexually charged conversation with you.

-Do not commission me if you are going to ask to change parts of my style. I will not make changes to my style or copy other people's style.

-Do not DM me for a commission if you are not ready to send payment. I do not start any commissions without payment first.

-My art is feminine-leaning regarding posing, body types, and eye style, so please be aware of that before commissioning me with a masculine character.

- Violations of this Terms of Service Agreement will result in you being added to my blacklist.

Payment :

-I take only PayPal or Cash App. I will send links for you to pay.

-If you need to do a partial payment, please discuss payment plans with me first. Payment plans require a %30 nonrefundable down payment. Late payments are a $5 fee.

-If payment is sent before discussing the commission with me, it will be seen as a non-refundable donation.

-My prices are always subject to change if the character is overly complex. The complex character fee is $10.

-If you file a chargeback, you will be added to my public blacklist. You will be blacklisted from ever purchasing anything from me and blocked on all of my socials

Revisions :

-Revisions are not allowed after approval of the final piece

-Revisions can be made before approval of the final product. These revisions are limited to 3 revisions before I charge extra. Extra revisions are $5+, depending on the revision needed.

-WIPs will be provided after the sketch is complete.

Deadlines and Delivery :

-Deadlines must be discussed with me prior to commissioning. After payment, you may not request a deadline.

-All commissions will take 1-2 months, depending on the circumstances. Delays may happen and will always be discussed. Please check for any Announcement posts on my Bluesky or Discord for any emergency updates.

-Delivery will be made via the Trello link, where it will stay available, or via Discord DMs.

-Please download all files after delivery. I am not responsible for file loss after delivery

-I have one rush fee open at a time for $50. Ask first if the rush fee slot is open before commissioning me!

Use and IPR :

-You may post your received art wherever you like, but Credit must be given when posting.

-Do not use for commercial use unless discussed with me. If you have made a profit off of my work without my knowledge, you owe me a %70 cut of what you have been paid and MUST remove the piece from your shop. I only ask for at least %30 of the profits if permission is given.

-You may not edit my work without my permission.

-Sketch and lineart commissions may be colored by the commissioner.

If you would like another person/artist to color your sketch commissions, please ask me first.

-I do not condone reproduction, copying, or tracing of my artwork.

-It is prohibited to feed my artwork to AI generation sites.

Refunds :

-Refunds will have a time frame. If it is still within 1-2 months after the commission is requested, you may not request a refund. If I do not get to your commission within my estimated completion date, you are entitled to a FULL refund.

-If the sketch is not to your liking and you wish to refund, I may sell the sketch as a YCH.

-Commissions over $200 are not eligible for refunds. This is to ensure no sudden backouts happen, please be aware of this rule before commissioning!!

-YCHs and adopts are non-refundable!
